Christopher Samuel Idowu is a visual artist based in Nigeria. He works across mixed media, drawing, painting, printmaking, and installation. His practice explores themes of time, memory, human interconnectedness, personal experience, and spirituality, often incorporating earthy tones and textured surfaces. Drawing from his environment, Christopher’s art captures both fleeting and enduring moments, evoking reflection and hope.
Christopher’s work also involves community-based projects, using art as a tool for dialogue, healing, and social change. He is passionate about making art accessible to underserved communities and fostering cultural exchange through collaborative, educational initiatives. He studied Painting at the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.
