Critically addressing environmental issues

The 12 CAREC Cycle 2 Awardees come from 11 different countries all over the world and work across a variety of disciplines, from architecture, photography and visual arts to biotech, sound art and research, with most working in multiple disciplines.
The artists are supported by four mentors as well as their peers, accelerating their engaged community-based practices addressing the climate crisis.
