Zainab Aldehaimy is a multidisciplinary artist based in Iraq. Zainab holds a bachelor’s in Studio Arts and Art History from the American University of Beirut and a master's degree in Fine Art Practice from the Glasgow School of Art. In her practice, she uses various media and is heavily influenced by her experience growing up in Iraq. Zainab’s work reflects on the political conflict in Iraq and offers a critique through a psychological and a personal lens. As an artist, Zainab aims to create thought-provoking works that explore and shed light on political issues, fostering meaningful discussions and debates among the audience.
