Profile
Agustina Triquell is an artist, educator, and researcher based in Argentina. Agustina's practice unfolds at the intersection of art, education, and collective memory. Working through image based practices, artistic publishing and radical pedagogies, she develops projects that bring together students, young people, and local communities, conceiving art as a shared space for learning, experimentation, and critical dialogue.
Agustina's work approaches education not as a transmission of knowledge, but as a collective process of inquiry, where images, books, and editorial practices become tools to reflect on social experience and memory. She holds a PhD in Social Sciences (IDES-UNGS) and teaches at the National University of San Martín (UNSAM). Since 2015, she has been running Asunción Casa Editora, an independent publishing project dedicated to research-creation practices that engage contemporary photography as a pedagogical and political method.
