The Fellows Award facilitates mid-career artists in amplifying socially engaged practices while building meaningful connections within a global network of like-minded creatives. Each Fellow receives €10.000 to advance their work, along with access to opportunities to expand their work’s impact.

9 Fellows across disciplines—from artistic research, film and performance to visual and video art—respond to histories, racial justice, and the climate crisis, challenging the boundaries between art, politics, and history.

9 Fellows representing 6 African countries reimagining the future of their homelands through architecture, urbanism, digital design, research, and performance, with a shared focus on the circular economy, collective history, and community.
10 Fellows exploring themes of displacement and migration, personal and collective trauma, memory and identity, and the intimate, often overlooked realities of everyday life.
As these four new cohorts unfold, the Fellows’ practices invite us to reconsider how art can respond to and reshape the urgencies of our time. Rooted in diverse contexts yet connected through shared concerns, their work exemplifies culture as a fundamental force for change.
