Profile
Verónica Navas is a visual artist based in Costa Rica. She has a degree in Arts and Visual Communication from the National University of Costa Rica, and has participated in group exhibitions, residencies, and collective cultural management projects with local Costa Rican institutions. In her practice, Verónica explores and builds the concept of border identity as a decolonial exercise that responds to internal colonialism through drawing, organic materials, animation, and video.
