Odur Ronald is a visual artist from Uganda. He studied Interior Design at Kyambogo University Uganda, graduating in 2016. In 2020 alone, he has showcased his work in Jerusalem at the East Meets East Group Exhibition, (im)perfections duo exhibition at Afriart Gallery, and attended an art residency at Centre Soleil d’Afrique Mali. Using aluminum printing plates and copper wires, his practice involves large-scale installations, sculptures, drawings, and performances. He deals with themes and narratives that capture socio-political issues derived from his society and the contemporary world by collaborating with the community, different art scholars and by visiting archives.
