Profile
Talin Subbaraya is a multidisciplinary artist based in India. Talin’s practice spans movement, theatre, and writing. Throughout his work, he attempts to find new ways to tell stories from a queer lens, thus subverting normative narratives and challenging hierarchies. Instead, Talin works towards an alternative, collective, non-hierarchical future bound by hope.
Talin was a part of G5A Foundation and Soho Theatre's collaborative script writing program, "Writer's Lab Mumbai", and he was also a resident artist at Smarter Digital Realities, a residency curated by Padmini Ray Murray, and Unrehearsed Artist (Virtual) Residency curated by Nava Dance Theatre.
