Profile

Kasser Sánchez is a plastic and visual artist, instructor, and workshop and art exhibition manager based in Mexico. Kasser is an active member of Yope Projects Space, an art collective dedicated to the curation, production, and dissemination of national and international contemporary art. He studied plastic and visual arts at the National School of Painting, Sculpture and Printmaking, “La Esmeralda”, and he teaches workshops to children and young people from his community in San Baltazar Chichicapam, with the aim to introduce them to plastic arts. Kasser has participated in different collective exhibitions: at Espacio Lalitho in Oaxaca, Proyectos Espectra in Mérida, Kurimanzutto in Mexico City, ARTMOVMENT in Los Angeles, and VISA PROJECTS in New York.
