Aleena Akbar Khan is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Pakistan. Aleena's practice spans sculptural installation, drawing, publication, sound, and film, exploring regional cultural narratives, technological contexts, and material realities. Through her art, she delves into the complexities of her environment, making significant contributions to contemporary art discourse.

A graduate with distinction in Fine Arts from NCA Rawalpindi in 2022, Aleena has garnered recognition for her innovative approach, including a year-long research grant from Vasl Artist's Association in 2022. She has also participated in residencies at the Misk Art Institute in Saudi Arabia (2023) and Digital Art Studios in Belfast (2022). Her work has been exhibited both locally and internationally, reflecting her engagement with virtual, physical, and fictive interlocutors to study diverse experiences.
