Wasan Qaraman is a multidisciplinary artist based in Palestine. Wasan holds a bachelor’s degree in Ceramics, and through her work, she seeks to explore new contexts for the perception of Palestinian history. She looks at alternative sources of local knowledge and integrates community work with art, challenging the notion of art as an elite act and providing opportunities for the community to engage with and create art, using different creative mediums as her tools.
