Sadiq Al-Harasi is a cultural practitioner, emerging artist, and storyteller based in Yemen. Sadiq works with various art mediums. His artworks focus on the intersection of culture, identity, social justice, and the relationships between people and their environment. He considers photography a hobby through which he experiments with themes of memory and belonging.Sadiq aims to create a new narrative about Yemen's cohesion, identity, and culture in a contemporary context. In addition, he strives to help ensure that future generations will be able to enjoy and appreciate the beauty of Yemeni art and culture. He has exhibited his work locally and internationally at Bozar Centre for Fine Arts, Brussels - SOMA Art Center, Berlin - Zara Center, Amman - and M7 Museum, Doha.
