Bhanu Shrivastav is a visual artist and educator based in India. Trained as a printmaker, his practice extends into performance, installation, and drawing, examining the relationship between nature, human intervention, and urban materiality within the socio-political realities of India. His work often employs ash, clay, and terracotta as metaphors for resilience, ecology, and renewal.
Bhanu holds an MVA from the University of Hyderabad (2024) and a BFA from Government College of Art, Chandigarh (2022). He has exhibited nationally and internationally, including at Sakshi Gallery, Method Gallery, and major print biennales in Taiwan, Armenia, and Bulgaria. He is a recipient of the Immerse Fellowship, the Art Incept Grant, and the IMAGINARIUM Award, and lives and works in Baroda.
