Profile
Brad Pinnock is an interdisciplinary artist based in Jamaica. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in Painting from Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. His practice spans painting, sculpture, performance, and architecture, and throughout all of his work, he investigates the human predicament, particularly as it relates to Black people's psychological struggles and the gamble of living under the continued effects of coloniality.
Brad’s first solo exhibition, “Teacher, Nuh Teach Me Nuh Nonsense”, was shown at New Local Space, and his work has been featured in various exhibitions, such as “And I Resume The Struggle” at Olympia Gallery and “In Situ II” at Edna Manley College.
