Basma Seiba is a performer and creative artist based in Türkiye. Her work spans theatre and performance art, and understands performance as labor, process, and collective presence. Since 2018 she has worked both on stage and behind the scenes, and in Türkiye she has taken part in workshops and research-based projects.
Basma studied acting at Pera Fine Arts High School and at the Bahçeşehir University Conservatory of Performing Arts. In the 2023–2024 season she performed in Lost Steps at Alan Kadıköy, assisted on Yesterday at Beykoz Kundura, and performed in Afife at Zorlu PSM. She is a member of Tophane Noise Band, working with everyday objects and urban sound to explore noise and silence.
