Sikarnt Skoolisariyaporn is a multidisciplinary artist based in Thailand. Sikarnt works across performance, text, object, moving image and archive, reimagining the past to uncover the invisible dimensions of history, memory, and knowledge. They explore how fiction can reshape our understanding of these facets and alter our perspective on the present. Sikarnt is associated with the Center for Lost Objects, a fictional museum housing a diverse collection of discovered, damaged, dysfunctional, and enigmatic items from various locations.
Their works have been shown internationally, including: "Voice Against Reason" at Museum Macan in Jakarta, Indonesia; Asian Art Biennial in Taipei, Taiwan; "What I Needed Was Imagination" at Braunschweig University of Art (HBK) in Braunschweig, Germany; "Friction, Assemblies, and Other Stories" at Seoul Museum of Art Nanji in Seoul, South Korea (2019); Sharjah Film Platform 2019 in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates; and many more.
