Ruba Alfaraouna is a photographer and multimedia artist. Ruba studied photography at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, where she developed a practice rooted in research and experimentation via installation methods. She is also interested in exploring her Bedouin heritage, seeking to redefine and reframe its culture and history through art.
