Ken Yeang is an architect and ecodesigner based in Malaysia. As a pioneer in green architecture, Yeang is recognized for his ecologically-conscious designs and his expertise in skyscrapers, urban master plans, and bioclimatic design. His architectural practice focuses on a philosophy of “biointegration”, emphasizing a seamless integration with nature in the built environment. This manifests through signature features such as vertical greenery, natural ventilation, and abundant green space in his projects.Some of Yeang’s most acclaimed green architecture works include the Solaris Building in Singapore, the Spire Edge World Trade Center in India, and the National Library in Singapore. His buildings have been exhibited internationally and are known for merging landscape and ecology with cutting-edge sustainable technology. His career includes over 200 built projects across Asia, Europe and Australia. He continues to innovate in eco skyscrapers, bioclimatic design, and sustainable master planning through his architectural firm Llewelyn Davies Yeang.
