Anuja Dasgupta is a visual artist and educator from India. She holds an MA in Visual Art Practices from Ambedkar University, Delhi. In 2018, she served as a Designated Research Fellow by Sahapedia-UNESCO and has exhibited her work at Ladakh Literature Festival, Leh (2019), and Kochi-Muziris Students’ Biennale (2018). Engaged in image-making, her work draws inspiration from her experience in Ladakh, India where she’s working as the Head of Academics at the Naropa Fellowship. She attempts to incorporate the region’s geography, ecology, local memories into her artistic practice through analog photography, bookmaking, and mixed-media works.
