Creating Independent and Artistic Networks (CRIA) is a transdisciplinary civil association based in Buenos Aires. Made up of individuals, groups, and cultural spaces, its purpose is to promote cultural projects aiming at the transformation of society. CRIA was established in 2011, and since then, it has carried out activities in various social and cultural spaces, museums, festivals, book fairs, and exhibitions in independent spaces. It organizes and carries out exchange days, seminars, workshops, courses, meetings, and all types of events that allow cultural exchange and dissemination.

The associative work is based on the construction of platforms that are articulated in a network, enriching research, knowledge, and experimentation of practices in diverse formats such as interventions in public spaces, colloquiums, websites, exhibitions, workshops, publications, audiovisuals, economic spaces without intermediaries, etc.

CRIA has been a part of the Fund's network since 2017, when they became one of our Network Partners, as part of our past programmes.
