Archival Consciousness, initiated by artist Mariana Lanari and graphic designer Remco van Bladel, collaborates with libraries and archives to transform collections into accessible data. Working closely with archivists, we develop methods and infrastructure for the long-term preservation and dissemination of physical archives alongside their digital counterparts. At the core is a shared, community-driven graph built on existing archive databases, enabling more intuitive, exploratory ways of browsing and navigating collections.
