Programmes internship
We are looking for an intern who can support the implementation of our Awards. Under the Prince Claus Fund, we offer support to individuals at crucial moments in their creative careers through a sequence of Awards. Our approach provides Awards at three different strategic moments in the course of a career, specifically meant to reinforce each stage of development, and promote growth, experimentation and sustainability in creative practices across the globe.
The internship will include researching for possible award recipients, assistance in the selection process, context research on the working countries of the Fund, and providing support in daily administrative tasks.
Tasks
The intern will closely assist the Programmes team with different tasks ranging from the planning and implementation of selection procedures for applications, assisting in the research processes of the Programmes teams, the organisation of the team’s public events as well as administration and logistics of our Award Programmes and Exchanges Programmes.
Qualities and qualifications we're looking for
Fluent English - excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required;
Pursuing MA/MS degree;
Good writing skills and a background in studies of an international character and culture;
Excellent communicator and multi-tasker;
Affinity for culture, arts, and social justice issues.
Duration and compensation
The internship starts mid-June 2025, preferably for 4-6 months and for 2-3 days a week. The Prince Claus Fund provides an allowance of €500,-- gross per month based on a 32-hour internship. Only currently enrolled students are able to apply. If you are not a student but would like to be involved in the work of the Fund, you can also apply to be a volunteer. Volunteers receive a maximum net amount of €190,-- per month.
